Terms of Service

ChangerApp is a B2B marketplace operated by EHMP SYSTEM (French SAS, SIRET 520 902 669 00024, registered office in Yerres, France). The service allows currency exchange professionals to post, view and negotiate exchange orders between themselves. These terms apply to anyone accessing the website, the Android application, or any other interface of the service.

The service is strictly reserved for professional adults legally operating a currency exchange or foreign-exchange business (licensed exchange offices, FX companies, or similar institutions). Registration is subject to KYC verification: identification document of the manager, KBIS less than three months old, evidence of licensing or registration with the relevant authority. EHMP SYSTEM reserves the right to refuse or suspend any account that does not meet these criteria.

You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information and to keep it as such. You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for any activity performed from your account. In the event of suspected fraudulent use, please notify us immediately at support@changerapp.fr.

Access to the marketplace requires a subscription of EUR 29.99 incl. VAT per month, with no commitment. Payment is charged monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your billing area — your access remains active until the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refund is granted for an ongoing month.

Key clause. EHMP SYSTEM acts exclusively as a technical intermediary connecting users. We are never a party to the exchange transactions concluded between users: we do not hold funds, do not guarantee any transaction, and accept no responsibility for the execution, lawfulness, or tax compliance of operations negotiated through the platform. Users remain solely responsible for complying with their regulatory obligations (AML/CFT, taxation, reporting).

You undertake to use the service fairly and in compliance with applicable regulations. The following, in particular, are prohibited:

• Identity theft, providing false information or using forged documents.
• Any attempt to bypass KYC controls or security mechanisms.
• Posting fraudulent, fictitious or manifestly non-market orders.
• Harassment, defamation or any abusive communication directed at other users.
• Any transaction linked to money laundering, terrorism financing or international sanctions.

EHMP SYSTEM reserves the right to suspend or close, without notice, any account in breach of these rules, and to report any such facts to the competent authorities.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing area. EHMP SYSTEM may suspend or close your account in the event of a breach of these terms, non-payment, or a legal requirement. Data required to comply with our legal obligations (in particular KYC and accounting records) is retained for the durations set out in our privacy policy.

All content on the platform and the application (code, design, trademark, editorial content) is the exclusive property of EHMP SYSTEM or its partners and is protected by intellectual property rights. Any unauthorised reproduction, extraction or reuse is strictly forbidden and may give rise to legal action.

The service is provided "as is". EHMP SYSTEM makes every reasonable effort to ensure its availability, security and the accuracy of the information displayed, but cannot guarantee total absence of interruptions, errors or data loss. Our liability is strictly limited to direct and proven damages and shall in no event exceed the amount of subscription fees received over the past twelve months. We accept no liability for losses resulting directly or indirectly from transactions entered into between users.

The processing of your personal data is governed by our privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these terms. By accepting these terms, you acknowledge that you have read it.

We may amend these terms to reflect changes to the service, to applicable law, or to our business model. Any substantial change will be notified to you by email or via the application at least 30 days before it takes effect. Your continued use of the service beyond that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, before initiating any court action, the professional customer may refer the dispute to mediation by the CMAP — Paris Mediation and Arbitration Centre (www.cmap.fr). Failing an amicable resolution, any dispute shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Paris.
