Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the ChangerApp platform, operated by EHMP SYSTEM (French SAS, SIRET 520 902 669 00024, registered office in Yerres, France). The service is reserved exclusively for professionals (currency exchange offices, foreign exchange companies, licensed institutions). By subscribing to the service, the customer unreservedly accepts these Terms.

The subscription fee is set at EUR 29.99 (twenty-nine euros and ninety-nine cents) incl. VAT per month. The subscription is entered into with no commitment: the customer may cancel at any time. No refund will be issued for the current billing month already underway; access to the service will remain active until the end of the billed period.

Key clause: EHMP SYSTEM acts solely as a technical intermediary (connecting users on the marketplace). EHMP SYSTEM is in no way a party to, nor liable for, the financial transactions (foreign exchange operations) carried out between users. Contracts, commitments and disputes relating to currency exchanges are entered into exclusively between users; EHMP SYSTEM neither guarantees nor endorses such transactions.

The customer undertakes to provide accurate information and to keep their login credentials confidential. Access to the service may be suspended in the event of a breach of these Terms or of the platform's rules of use.

Data collected in connection with the service is processed in accordance with the site's Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, the customer acknowledges having read that policy.

These Terms are governed by French law. Before initiating any court action, the professional customer may refer the dispute to the <strong>CMAP — Centre de Médiation et d'Arbitrage de Paris</strong> (www.cmap.fr) for mediation. Failing an amicable resolution, any dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these Terms shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the <strong>Courts of Paris</strong>.
